Video Games & Software orders will be sent via signed and tracked as default delivery

Please note that if your Standard order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit. Standard delivery cannot be reported as lost with the delivery company until 10 working days have elapsed.

Returns
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.

Single Cards can not be returned.

As of July 17th 2024 due to a policy change from all suppliers we can no longer accept return requests for Case Quantities - this includes all franchises.

*If Case Quantities are in process stage they cannot be cancelled - Cancellations need to be made within 2 hours of ordering*

Returns been sent back with other couriers - recommend been insured encase of loss or damage.
if loss or damage occur items will be returned back to customer until rectified from offending courier service used.

if warranty tape is broken we cannot accept returns

Exchanges or Returns for damaged items will need to returned in the original box in the same quantity as delivered including added content if items are not returned in original packaging will be subject to a fee of 10%

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 0% of the sale value delivery not included. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

Pokemon Code Cards, or similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, Single Card Items are not eligible for returns.

Please Note Trading Card Items Cannot Be Partially Refunded All Must Be Returned In The Same Quantity As Delivered Supplier Policy

Video Games & Software Returns

We cannot Accept Returns on Video Games & Hardware

Prepaid game cards and Codes (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) are not returnable to Hodges Trading Cards LTD

Cancellations / Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us through our contact page or via our email address hodgestradingcards@hotmail.com . Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Please be aware Cancellations cannot be accepted if your order is in the processing stage

Video Games & Software Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations can be made up too 2 hours of order confirmation. Amendments to Video game or Software cannot be amended a new order will be required.

Please note that any orders that are lost or misrouted will not be covered by ourselves.( Hodges-trading cards)

Any orders that are delayed due to reasons out of our control cannot be Refunded unless gone through the correct returns process postage cost for return is not covered by us (Hodges-trading cards)

If you cancel the contract of order for goods , Hodges Trading Cards is generally only entitled to keep or receive an amount sufficient to cover their actual losses that directly result from your cancellation (PayPal Charges ect)

Cancellations/Returns are subject to an administration fee of 10% of your total price of items or orders returned or cancelled. (this is not a restock fee this is an Admin fee)

Please be aware international orders that are cancelled are subject to the 10% Admin Fee and have a 30 day wait period

On Demand Returns Are Not Accepted

Damaged Item Return

Damaged items can be returned within 30 days of Inital Purchase (from the day the order was made) If item is a pre order return time starts from the day of release.

Please be aware damaged returns not sent back in original packing (packaging we send the items in) including added content or codes will be subject to 10% Admin Fee of price paid after Payment Gateway fees.
